How we price projects

Fair, transparent pricing based on complexity and value.

Value-based pricing

Avalon Digital does not charge per page, per section, or per feature checkbox. Projects are priced according to complexity and business value. A reasonable number of pages and content sections are included in every website.

Fair use included

Website packages include all standard pages required to effectively represent a business — home, about, services, contact, portfolio, FAQ, and blog.

Custom quotes when needed

Custom web applications always require a scoped quote — pricing depends entirely on what you need built. Website projects that go beyond a standard package — such as large content libraries, product catalogs, or complex integrations — may also require a custom quote.

Built by engineers

No account managers. No agency markup. Just local engineers building your website directly, with pricing that reflects it.

Pricing questions

Answers about packages, timelines, maintenance, and what to expect.

How is pricing determined?

Projects are priced according to complexity and business value — not per page or per feature. A reasonable number of pages and sections are included in every website package. Large or complex projects receive a custom quote.

How many pages are included?

Website packages include all standard pages required to effectively represent a business — home, about, services, contact, portfolio, FAQ, and blog. We do not charge per page; the goal is a complete site that serves your business, not an arbitrary page count.

When is a custom quote needed?

All custom web applications require a scoped quote — there is no ballpark figure because pricing depends entirely on your requirements. Website projects that go beyond a standard package — such as large product catalogs, membership or booking systems, or complex integrations — may also require a custom quote. We will always tell you upfront if your project falls outside a standard package.

How long does a typical website take?

Basic websites can be launched within a week. Larger sites and custom web applications are typically delivered within 2 weeks. We provide a clear timeline in every proposal.

Is maintenance included with new websites?

Yes. All new website projects include the first year of Essential Care maintenance at no extra cost. This covers hosting, SSL, security updates, backups, monitoring, and minor content revisions.

What happens after the first year of maintenance?

After the included first year, you can continue on Essential Care at $300/year or upgrade to Business Care at $600/year for priority support, additional revisions, and quarterly reviews. See our maintenance page for full plan details.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own your website and its content. We provide hosting and maintenance as a service, but the site belongs to you.
