Avalon Digital provides professional website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. Because our services involve custom work performed specifically for each client, refunds are handled according to the following policy.
1. Website Projects
A deposit is required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced, as they cover project planning, scheduling, design, and development services.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, together with any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
2. Maintenance Plans
Annual maintenance and hosting plans are non-refundable once the service period begins.
If you choose not to renew your maintenance plan, your service will continue until the end of the paid term and will not automatically renew if cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
3. Hosting Services
Hosting services become non-refundable once activated. If you migrate your website before the end of your hosting term, no partial refunds will be provided.
4. Domains and Third-Party Services
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, premium plugins, software licences, stock assets, and other third-party purchases are non-refundable once ordered or activated.
5. Custom Development
Custom software, integrations, and development services are created specifically for each client and are not eligible for refunds once work has commenced.
6. Service Issues
If you believe we have not delivered services in accordance with your proposal, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through revisions or other appropriate remedies consistent with the agreed project scope.
Where Avalon Digital is unable to deliver agreed services due solely to our own error or inability to perform, we may, at our discretion, provide a full or partial refund where appropriate.
